Gridded Rotary Mat With Handle has a hard surface that a rotary cutter can not permeate. Makes for smoother cutting and requires less pushing effort. Another feature is that the inch measurements are an inch from the edge of the mat and are printed on the inside and outside of the outer grid. Weather-safe. Cutting lines 45 and 60 degrees.
